About Us
The RNLI College is the home of training for our charity’s lifesavers and staff. Overlooking Poole Harbour on England’s South Coast, the college welcomes lifeboat crew members, lifeguards and staff from around the RNLI’s operating areas, who visit for training and to make use of our training facilities – including a lifeboat bridge simulator and sea survival pool.
As an Learning and Development Services Co-ordinator you’ll be part of a team dedicated to supporting our Training Managers in programming and co-ordinating training courses for our lifeboat crew members, lifeguards and staff. These courses may be held at the RNLI College, in one of our Regional bases , Lifeguard Support Centres or Lifeboat stations.

Your role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Creating and maintaining training programmes for all Learning and Development teams Acting as the first point of contact for course programming enquiries and offering specific learner guidance regarding course enrolments and cancellations You will also act as an Ambassador and point of contact for any external training providers to the college, ensuring their needs are met.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, whilst experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Learning Management Systems would be desirable.
