Whitecrest Primary School,

Whitecrest Primary school, is looking to appoint a Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner to join their hard working team. We are a wonderful school with a strong community ethos.

The successful candidate will support pupils with SEND needs 1:1 or in small groups, within the classroom, delivering interventions and supervise pupils at lunchtime. The role will also involve close liaison with the class-teacher and the SENCo

We are looking for a person who has:

A caring, patient and understanding approach to working with children Be self-motivated and dedicated to supporting groups or individual children The ability to develop relationships with children and adults and work effectively as part of a team. The ability to create resources to help the children they are supporting. A firm but fair approach to discipline Conducts themselves professionally Will make a positive contribution to the school and it’s ethos.
