This is a key senior hire, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing a specialist practice, with a focus on agricultural disputes, land disputes, and broader real estate litigation. The Stoke office represents a relatively new and rapidly growing venture for the firm, with ambitious plans for further expansion. An experienced Property Litigation Lawyer operating at Legal Director level, or a Senior Associate ready to step up Strong technical expertise across property litigation matters, ideally including agricultural or land-based disputes A commercial and pragmatic approach, with the ability to manage complex matters independently A proven or developing ability to win work and build client relationships Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a desire to take a leading role in growing and shaping a team The Benefits & How to Apply
