Legal PA – City Law Firm (Hybrid)

We’re currently supporting a well-established City law firm looking to bring in a Legal PA to support a team of senior lawyers. This is a varied role offering a mix of diary and travel management, client interaction, and involvement in wider team activity, with real exposure across the business. Key responsibilities: Complex diary and travel management Supporting senior lawyers with day-to-day coordination Client liaison and meeting organisation Assisting with billing and general team administration What they’re looking for: Previous experience in a Legal PA or professional services PA role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Working pattern: Hybrid (London-based) This would suit someone looking for a step up in exposure and responsibility, or a move into a more collaborative and supportive team environment.
