We’re proud to be partnered with a prestigious US law firm that’s known for its supportive culture and commitment to providing exceptional client care. They’re currently seeking a proactive, robust, and pragmatic Legal PA to join their growing Corporate team.

Key Responsibilities: Proactive diary and inbox management Supporting with travel arrangements Opening new clients and matters Handling billing and time recording Finance-related tasks Preparing and amending legal documents Client liaison
What we’re looking for: 5 years minimum experience as a Legal PA in a top City or US law firm A positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional manner Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities A team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
