Level one on site IT technician

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Level One On-Site IT Technician located in Leeds with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The technician will handle day-to-day IT troubleshooting, deliver technical support, and provide excellent customer service at client sites and remotely. Additional responsibilities include assisting with system maintenance, hardware/software installations, and basic user training to ensure smooth technology operations for our clients.

Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying issues across hardware and software systems Experience providing Technical Support and assistance for resolving IT-related problems Knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and basic system maintenance Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients Ability to provide basic Training to clients on IT systems and software usage Proactive problem-solving, organizational skills, and time management abilities Degree or certifications in Information Technology or a related field is preferred Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is an advantage
