We are working with a leading US law firm in London looking to hire a Leveraged Finance Associate (2–6 PQE) into a high-performing team. This is a strategic hire as the group looks to strengthen its bench, offering strong deal flow and clear progression potential.

The Role

Advising on lender-side leveraged finance transactions, including sponsor-backed LBOs, TLB/HYB financings, direct lending, refinancings, and special situations. The team works on high-profile, cross-border deals for leading sponsors and credit funds.

Candidate Profile
