An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Clerical Officer to join the team at Jubilee Hospital, Huntly.
This is a permanent, part-time post, working 10.5 hours per week over Monday and Tuesday.
The post holder will provide reception, clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth daytoday running of services within the hospital.
Key Duties Include
Acting as a first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff Reception and telephone duties Administrative tasks including typing, data input and record keeping General office duties in support of the wider team
Applicants Should Have
Previous experience in an administrative or office environment Good communication and customer care skills The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Basic IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
Experience of working in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
