M&A Counsel (short-term, remote)

International services business are looking for an M&A Counsel to join them for an immediate start to assist through a period where multiple transactions are taking place. This will be an initial one engagement with the potential to extend. The position can be on a fully remote basis (although there is the option to work in the Central London offices should you wish). You must be based, and have the right to work, in the UK. This role requires an experienced corporate lawyer who has experience of leading through the full lifecycle of an M&A transaction. You will have the support of the GC and external counsel but in this role you will be a key point of contact for the business in assisting them through this busy and strategically important phase.
