Ciesco Ciesco is a London-based boutique M&A advisory firm with global exposure, specialising in the media, marketing, and technology sectors. We work with entrepreneurs, global corporates, and private equity firms on domestic and cross-border transactions, divestitures, and business strategy. Our team, with deep industry experience in new media, marketing services, and disruptive technologies, provides independent advice, hands-on execution, and access to a global network of relationships and investors.

Role Description This is a full-time VP role at Ciesco, based in London. The VP will lead the day-to-day execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise mandates across the media, marketing, and technology sectors, while playing an active role in business development and origination. Responsibilities include managing deal processes end-to-end, owning client relationships, leading the production of pitch materials, Information Memoranda, and financial analysis, and mentoring junior team members. The VP will work closely with the Directors and the CEO to identify and convert new opportunities, contribute to sector strategy, and represent the firm with clients, buyers, and investors internationally. Given our boutique structure, the role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and live deal economics from day one.

Qualifications · 5–7 years of M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance experience, with meaningful exposure to the media, marketing, and/or technology sectors · Proven track record of leading transaction execution from mandate through to close · Strong commercial judgement and ability to contribute to origination and pitch processes · Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills · Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft client-ready materials and correspondence · Confident managing multiple workstreams and live deals simultaneously · Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with global reach · Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing analysts and associates · Strong client-facing presence and ability to build trusted relationships with founders, corporates, and investors · Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CFA, or ACA a plus desired · Right to work in the UK
