It provides assurance and related services to clients accessing the capital markets. We provide regulatory and reporting advice with a focus on the United States of America (US) and United Kingdom (UK). For example, launching an initial public offering (IPO), US GAAP conversions, PE/M&A or implementing SOX.The opportunityThis is a high-profile role working with some of our most interesting clients and offers an exciting opportunity to significantly enhance your career. We are seeking US or UK qualified accountants with significant PCAOB & SEC auditing and reporting experience. You will benefit from exposure to our SEC foreign private issuers and private companies preparing for an US IPO.Your key responsibilities· Utilizing your skills with PCAOB audits, US GAAP, SOX and SEC reporting· Leading and delivering technical accounting support· Project managing transactions and coaching· Building your network internationallyThe skills and attributes for successColleagues and clients will look to you for guidance, so you’ll be a prominent professional when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you build on your pre-existing knowledge and experience of PCAOB, US GAAP, and SEC accounting and reporting requirements, you’ll become an increasingly credible advisor, influencing clients and teams.To qualify for the role, you must have· Fully qualified as a US CPA or UK equivalent· Minimum of 5 years’ PCAOB audit experience· Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, with baseline IFRS· Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raising· Ability to collaborate, project and people management· Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat we look forYou will possess extensive knowledge and experience working on PCAOB audits, including internal controls, capital raising and with complex accounting matters. This requires a confident professional who can effectively communicate and collaborate with teams and clients in a variety of countries.We’re interested in highly skilled and motivated professionals who are the leaders of tomorrow, take the initiative and seek opportunities to grow.
