An opportunity to integrate, transform and grow a group of industrial manufacturing businesses based near Bristol. Client Details Backed by a powerful investment group, this business is poised for expansion into new markets from a foundation that has been generations in the making. Description Devise and execute the growth strategy and by doing so drive increased profitability over the coming years. Evaluate the organisation and lead a people-centric transformation project to ensure that the right structure is in place for growth. Be a hands-on leader that is present on the shop-floor and understands the business from the ground up. Profile This leader will have: Proven leadership experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector. A strong track record of achieving business growth and profitability. Comprehensive knowledge of operational and financial management. Experience in developing and implementing strategic growth plans. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Job Offer Base salary of up to £115,000 Performance-based bonus of up to 25%. LTIP that offers significant wealth-creation in a realistic time frame Comprehensive family healthcare package. Company car or car allowance.
