Market Associate - UK & Europe - Student Accommodation 6‑Month Contract London (Hybrid) Start date : ASAP Salary : £ 28.84 per hour ( 40 hour working week )

We’re hiring a Market Associate to help onboard and optimise student‑friendly and group accommodation across the UK & Europe for a leading digital travel marketplace. You’ll work closely with partnerships, marketing, product and data teams to bring new supply to market, optimise performance, and support affordable student travel at scale.

Great to have's :

1–3+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, supply acquisition, marketplaces, or programme management Strong commercial instinct with interest in marketplaces, travel, or real‑estate supply Data‑minded with interest in performance, insights, and optimisation Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment Ability to build from scratch and operate effectively in ambiguity Experience in supply acquisition, partnerships, or marketplace growth is a plus
