Marketing and Communications Coordinator Location: Plymouth Pay Rate: £17.47 per hour (PAYE) or £22.82 per hour (Umbrella) Contract: Temporary Hours: Full-time Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join a dynamic public sector team in Plymouth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective marketing and communication strategies to engage both internal and external stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support local skills and workforce development initiatives Create engaging content across multiple channels including social media, digital platforms, campaigns, and publications Support recruitment campaigns and help maximise engagement across key demographic groups Contribute to innovative marketing approaches that enhance service delivery and project visibility Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and impact Key Requirements: Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience working with stakeholders and delivering engagement strategies Public sector experience is desirable but not essential Why Work with Seven Resourcing?
