WHAT THIS ROLE IS At Relay Direct, marketing is hands-on. As a Marketing Assistant, you won't be scheduling social posts or pulling reports. You'll be on the ground — supporting live brand campaigns for some of the UK's most recognisable names and seeing the direct impact of your work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support delivery of customer-facing marketing and brand campaigns Engage directly with customers to drive awareness and brand perception Assist in developing outreach strategies tailored to local markets Analyse campaign activity and contribute to team performance reviews Build customer relationships that translate into measurable outcomes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Passionate about marketing, brand, and customer behaviour Strong communicator who enjoys engaging with people Creative thinker with a practical, get-things-done attitude Marketing, communications, or business graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
