We’re looking for a proactive, organised and insight‑driven Marketing Co‑ordinator to play a key role in driving customer retention, loyalty scheme engagement and high‑impact campaigns across MKM. This role sits at the heart of our Customer Retention activity – working closely with branches, analysing performance, running standout campaigns and making sure our marketing stays relevant, personalised and effective. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be responsible for developing, delivering and reporting on marketing campaigns that support key KPIs, customer growth and branch performance. You’ll work collaboratively with branches, data, marketing and wider stakeholders to ensure campaigns are well planned, well executed and continuously improved. This role involves occasional travel to branches and events, with occasional overnight stays. Your responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day management of loyalty schemes, key campaigns and related short‑term strategy. Ensure all marketing activity remains within budget, balancing ambition with commercial discipline. Align campaigns to key objectives, using customer and branch data to identify areas of opportunity and improvement. Monitor and analyse performance, using insight to continuously improve future activity. Support growth in customer numbers, frequency and average order value (AOV). What we’re looking for: A minimum of 3 years on the job experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Confidence working with data, insight and performance metrics. Comfortable working cross‑functionally and building strong relationships. A positive, can‑do attitude. Mindset matters just as much as skillset at MKM. Ambitious, enthusiastic and ready to take ownership of key marketing activity. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach, spotting opportunities and acting on them. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A good understanding of digital marketing and multi‑channel campaigns. Comfortable travelling to branches and events when required. Other Travel to branches and other locations will be required which may involve overnight stays. A full UK driving license is preferable. This role is predominantly office based on Stoneferry Road, Hull with flexible hybrid working once settled. Benefits A competitive pay package.
