Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Swansea. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, assisting in sales efforts, organizing events, and managing marketing projects. Daily tasks will include creating promotional materials, coordinating events, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and supporting overall marketing strategies to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Writing skills to create compelling content and effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders Experience in Sales and a proven ability to build and manage client relationships Competence in Event Planning to organize and execute marketing or community events Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth marketing operations Proficiency in marketing tools, software, and digital platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
