SXTN is working with a design-led studio is looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and refine its outward presence, translating a strong internal point of view into clear, consistent, and high-taste external output.

This is a hands-on role spanning content, social, and marketing activity, with a close link into new business and growth.

Core Responsibilities

/Evolve how the studio presents itself across social, site, decks, and outbound materials /Translate work, process, and perspective into considered visual and editorial content /Maintain consistency and clarity across all touchpoints

Social & Community

/Own day-to-day social across relevant platforms /Build a content rhythm aligned to projects, launches, and cultural moments /Manage engagement in a way that feels credible and on-brand

Tactical Marketing

/Drive regular output across case studies, project features, and studio updates /Keep the studio visible with the right audiences /Support development of marketing and credential materials

New Business, Client & Artist Facing

/Support outbound activity through content, messaging, and targeted touchpoints /Help shape materials for prospecting, introductions, and ongoing client conversations /Work closely with leadership on positioning and pipeline development /Contribute to how the studio presents itself to both clients and artists, ensuring alignment between brand, work, and opportunity

What They’re Looking For

/Experience in marketing, content, or social within a creative studio, post, production, or agency /Strong visual instinct and appreciation for craft and image-making /Comfortable operating hands-on in a lean environment /Commercial awareness, understanding how marketing supports growth /Willingness and excitment to forward facing.
