Initial 6 month FTC - PAYE Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 WFH

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a Growth Marketing & Platform Innovation team focused on driving customer acquisition and retention across products such as mortgages and personal loans. You will design and deliver end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM, email, and digital platforms, identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive measurable growth. You will also test new channels, targeting approaches, and AI-enabled creative solutions. A key part of the role is expert-level email marketing, including lifecycle strategy, segmentation, automation, testing, and optimisation to maximise customer engagement and conversion. You will own the customer journey from acquisition through to retention, working closely with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering clear, data-driven performance insights. This role suits someone commercially minded, highly analytical, and driven by experimentation and growth.

What we're looking for Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable growth opportunities Experience across paid media (programmatic, Paid Search, paid social) Expertise in email marketing and CRM lifecycle campaigns (segmentation, automation, optimisation, A/B testing) Experience delivering integrated campaigns across paid media, email, CRM, and digital channels Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrix environments Confident communicator with experience presenting insights and campaign performance

Desirable Experience with Generative AI and marketing automation Marketing qualification (Certificate/Diploma) Experience working in a regulated industry
