We are looking to recruit an ambitious and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and grow our multi-channel marketing activity within the tile industry.

Working closely with our Commercial & Marketing Directors, this role will take ownership of our day-to-day marketing execution, digital growth, customer engagement, and brand development across multiple platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer who wants genuine responsibility, the ability to influence strategy, and the chance to play a key role in a growing business.

💡 The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a coordinated multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, ecommerce, social media, email marketing, product promotion, customer communications, and brand activity.

You will work collaboratively with the Commercial & Marketing Directors and other internal stakeholders and valued external marketing support to develop business growth, strengthen market presence, and increase customer engagement across all channels.

We are looking for someone commercially aware, highly organised, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining a proactive and energetic approach.

🔑 Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Digital & Social Media Management Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms Create engaging, relevant, and consistent content aligned with brand strategy Monitor engagement, trends, and performance analytics to continuously improve results Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer interaction

Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across: Social media Email marketing Website content Ecommerce platforms Print and promotional materials Trade and industry activity Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints

Ecommerce & Amazon Vendor Management Take ownership of the company’s Amazon Vendor account Optimise listings, content, promotions, and account performance Support wider ecommerce growth initiatives and online sales opportunities

Brand Growth & Outreach Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and market expansion Support customer outreach initiatives and new product launches Help strengthen the company’s positioning within the tile and interiors sector

Reporting & Performance Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Commercial & Marketing Directors Use data and insight to support future marketing decisions

General Marketing Support Assist with wider marketing and commercial activities as required Coordinate external suppliers, agencies, photographers, and designers where necessary Maintain high standards of brand presentation across all marketing output

🎯 Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who is: Educated to degree level in Marketing or a related subject (preferred) Highly capable across modern digital marketing platforms Up to date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices Experienced in managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously Commercially minded with strong organisational skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Passionate about growth, branding, and business development

Experience with: Amazon Vendor/Central Adobe Creative Suite / Canva Email marketing platforms Website content management Analytics and reporting tools would be advantageous.
