WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Deliver customer engagement activities as part of live brand campaigns Apply marketing thinking to understand customer motivations and close effectively Represent Relay Direct's brand partners with professionalism and authenticity Contribute to campaign strategy, target-setting, and performance analysis Build towards a senior role in sales, marketing, or commercial management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in both sales and marketing Excellent communicator — both in conversation and in understanding customer needs Results-oriented and motivated by measurable performance and progression Marketing, business, or communications graduates especially encouraged to apply Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
