Marketing/Promo Coordinator - Music

Calling all immediately available Music Marketing Coordinators! Exciting new temp role available to support across Artist Marketing & Promotions for growing international record label. You will support the team with the execution of artist campaigns across the UK and internationally ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard. This varied role requires excellent organisational and relationship building skills as you will be a key contact for internal depts, external client/commercial partners and also artists/artist management. Strong project coordination skills and a keen eye for detail will be crucial to the success of this opportunity Day to day your duties in this fast-paced and agile environment will include: Campaign Coordination & Administration Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from planning through to execution across a roster of artists. Maintain campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables, assets, and production deadlines are met. Coordinate internal communications across teams, ensuring alignment on campaign priorities and updates. Prepare materials for campaign meetings, presentations, and reports. Promotions & Artist Support Assist with the coordination of artist promotional activity, including schedules, travel, and logistics. Liaise with external partners including PR, radio, and media teams to support campaign execution. Help manage guest lists, events, showcases, and promotional appearances. Support the team on the ground at events, gigs, and industry functions where required. Skills/Experience required Previous coordination experience in a music marketing and/or promotions Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for music and artist development. Immediate start available.
