M&E Project Manager - Outside IR35

Responsibilities

Manage M&E works packages Oversee programme, risk, and documentation to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate stakeholders and lead meetings with clarity and confidence. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and site safety standards. Drive quality assurance, testing, and commissioning readiness. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong technical understanding of critical electrical and mechanical systems. Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification SMSTS or NVQ Level 6/7 in construction management CSCS Card Proven ability to prioritise tasks under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in construction management, programme control, and risk management. Familiarity with NEC contracts (advantageous). Well-versed in CDM regulations
