We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Specialist to support the continued growth of our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, field‑based team, where you will play a key role in strengthening our presence across the region.
You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals, building trusted relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting innovative solutions that make a real difference within clinical environments.

Job Title: Medical Sales Specialist Department: Sterile Goods Management Location: Field Based, Midlands Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent
Your Main Responsibilities
Achieving sales targets through effective, repeatable sales strategies across the territory. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts to drive long‑term growth. Collaborating closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to support account development and customer success. Attending exhibitions, meetings, product demonstrations, and workshops, both locally and nationally. Developing and maintaining a clear business development plan, while accurately recording all sales activity and opportunities in Salesforce. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision‑making.
What You Need To Succeed
Proven experience in a medical sales role. Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build credible, long‑term relationships with a range of stakeholders. High levels of resilience, professionalism, and self‑motivation, with the ability to manage a demanding, field‑based role effectively. A proactive and driven mindset, with a clear desire to learn, develop, and achieve commercial success. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
