Midweight Interior Designer (Hospitality + Revit)

About The Role: The Crowd has partnered with a sought after, international luxury interiors studio that are looking for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their team in central London. A studio that prides themselves on creating atmospheric spaces that are tailored to the context and the client’s needs and are expanding fast within the hospitality design industry.

The studio boasts a holistic design approach driven by storytelling with every project tailored to high-calibre clients. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong drive for leading luxury hospitality projects with a proactive and confident attitude. This is a senior role that will play a pivotal part within the team.

Key Responsibilities: Through conceptual changes, you would be responsible for the development of initial briefs and pitching to clients through planning, sketching and rendering along with the wider team You would be responsible for FF&E, procurement and specifications on projects You would be confident in presenting ideas and passionate about joining in discussions with the wider team Through design development stages you would refine, review and implement interior and architectural finishes Liaise with MEP, lighting and structural consultants Working with the project management team and external suppliers, you would be responsible for creating bespoke joinery and furniture items Strong experience in drawing packages and detailing from concept stages to construction documentation

Key Skills / Requirements: Proficiency in Revit is essential Experience working on luxury hospitality, hotel or F&B projects is a must for this role At least 3 years relevant professional experience Great visual and verbal communication A creative and proactive designer who shows passion for creative concepts Experience working with Rhino, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe is also highly desirable Experience in 3D software and rendering is preferable
