We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Repairs and Maintenance Team as a Multi-Skilled Plumber.
Your role:
The successful candidate will work within the Council’s housing maintenance team delivering excellent services to tenants of the council. You will be required to take part in our emergency out of hours team on a rota basis. The role will be required to undertake a wide range and scale of maintenance tasks underpinned by a plumbing qualification, such as minor repairs through to major refurbishment type works.
What you will need:
The post holder will need to obtain a good and varied knowledge of building and domestic maintenance work along with inspection, fault finding, and testing of domestic properties. The desirable candidate will have obtained a Legionella Inspection Qualification.
