Looking to start your career in property maintenance and learn a skilled trade?

If you're practical, motivated, and keen to develop your skills, join us as a Multi-Trade Apprentice - Carpenter and begin your journey towards becoming a fully qualified Multi-Trade Operative.

This is a 3-year apprenticeship programme, combining classroom learning with hands-on experience in our Repairs & Maintenance team.

As a Multi-Trade Apprentice, you'll be responsible for:

Working alongside experienced operatives to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance in tenants' homes Developing core expertise in Carpentry while building a broad range of property maintenance skills across multiple trades. Learning to diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard, ensuring work is ‘right first time' Engaging with tenants to deliver excellent customer service Applying health and safety practices in all work activities

We're not expecting you to have lots of experience - what matters most is your attitude and approach.

We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

A practical mindset and an interest in hands-on work Reliability and a strong work ethic A willingness to learn and develop new skills A tenant-focused approach, taking pride in delivering a great service A genuine interest in working in a trade role and building a long-term career That you currently hold / or will achieve your GCSE's (or equivalent) and will / have achieved at least 4 GCSE's at Grade 9-3 (A*-D) Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or use of mobile devices) Willingness to work towards a full UK manual driving licence
