You’ll manage your own caseload and diary, working independently while being part of a supportive and experienced advocacy team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing high‑quality, person‑led advocacy across multiple remits, which may include IMHA, IMCA, ICAA, IHCA, CYP, Community Advocacy and Paid RPR Supporting people to understand their rights, options and the decisions affecting their care, treatment and living arrangements Delivering both instructed and non‑instructed advocacy, applying the Mental Capacity Act and best interests framework where required Managing a varied caseload, keeping accurate, timely and high‑quality case records Identifying safeguarding concerns and raising alerts in line with policy and local procedures Working collaboratively with professionals, families, carers and other advocates Promoting advocacy services through awareness sessions and presentations Taking part in reflective practice, supervision, training and ongoing development Supporting trainees, volunteers and students as your experience develops

Everything you do will be grounded in empowerment, inclusion and respect, with a focus on enabling people to self‑advocate wherever possible.

About You
