The Job We are looking for a motivated and driven New Business Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on payment acceptance solutions. This role is responsible for converting and driving new customer acquisitions through both face-to-face sales meetings. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, excelling at identifying customer needs, closing deals, and delivering revenue.

What you'll be doing • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate and convert new business through field-based activity (door-knocking, on-site visits, local networking), alongside partner-driven leads, with a focus on SME merchants. • Sales Discipline & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous sales discipline by accurately managing all activity, pipeline stages, and forecasting within Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility of deal progression and close timelines. • Face-to-Face Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling, in-person sales conversations, product demos, and commercial proposals, clearly articulating the value of Cashflows’ acquiring, gateway, and integrated payment solutions. • Pipeline Ownership & Target Delivery: Build, manage, and close a high-quality pipeline through consistent field activity, strategic follow-ups, and partner collaboration, with a focus on exceeding monthly GP and go-live targets. • Local Market & Partner Development: Identify and develop relationships with key local introducers (e.g. ISVs, associations, referral partners), leveraging partnerships to drive warm introductions and accelerate deal velocity.

What you'll be experienced in • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in payment solutions, fintech, or related fields. • Strong sales discipline, with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM. • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.

The hours This is a full-time role (40 hours a week) – Monday to Friday.
