You’ll manage the full customer journey — from first enquiry to handing over the keys — while maintaining exceptional standards throughout. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing expert guidance Conduct in‑person and virtual viewings Manage the full sales process efficiently and accurately Provide clear information on pricing, incentives, availability, and build progress Maintain high presentation standards across the sales area Build strong relationships with buyers to support reservations Work closely with marketing and site teams to support launches and promotions Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage What We’re Looking For Experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency Confident working independently and meeting sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, well‑presented, and customer‑focused Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Able to work Thursday–Monday (peak sales days) This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and represent a premium development with confidence and pride.
