Salary: Up to £31,500 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Your Role

As a Room Leader, You Will

Plan and deliver activities that meet children’s developmental needs Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator) Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
