Job Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our friendly and supportive team in our Louth office as an Office Administrator/Receptionist.

About the Role: This permanent position is ideal for someone looking for a role that combines front desk responsibilities with general administrative support in a busy, welcoming office environment.

Key Duties Dealing with clients both face to face and on the telephone. Organising appointments for clients with various individuals. General admin and secretarial duties including answering the phone, typing letters, emails, etc. as well as ad hoc. Maintaining clients internal records Greeting visitors to the office, preparing meeting areas as needed Some sales ledger duties including raising invoices to be sent out to clients through our software. Dealing with the petty cash. Dealing with the post both incoming and outgoing. Ordering of stationery and office supplies as required. General office management duties including overseeing required maintenance and housekeeping New client onboarding – in line with Anti Money Laundering processes E-filing relevant documents to governing bodies

Requirements Punctual, reliable and with good communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone. Ability to work unaided, sometimes to meet deadlines. Computer literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel. Good organisational skills and time management. Preferably, but not essential, previous experience of working within a professional office.

Hours: Tuesday (8.45am-5.15pm) – Friday (8.45am-4pm), all year round
