Day to day duties

First point of contact for clients and employees, both visiting and calling the office Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post, including franking and liaising with couriers Visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office Maintaining practice management systems and ensuring data quality Preparing and facilitating the lifecycle of Letters of Engagement (LOEs) efficiently Assisting with client onboarding and processing AML checks Creating and updating documents using the Microsoft Office suite and maintaining high standards of formatting and accuracy
