Operational Excellence Manager

Operational Excellence Manager Location: London (hybrid, with UK-wide travel)

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + bonus + long-term incentives

The Opportunity An opportunity to join a fast-growing, highly regarded operator within the Build-to-Rent sector, working across a national portfolio and playing a key role in driving operational performance and consistency. This is a high-visibility position, working closely with senior leadership, with real scope to influence how a leading residential platform evolves its operational model.

The Role As Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects, embedding best practice, and driving continuous improvement across an established and expanding portfolio. You will also play a key role in the onboarding and mobilisation of new schemes, ensuring operational readiness and long-term performance from day one.

Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver operational improvement projects across the portfolio Implement new processes, systems, and initiatives to enhance performance Support the mobilisation and onboarding of new BTR and co-living schemes Conduct audits, site visits, and performance reviews to ensure high standards Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency, and NOI Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, planning, and execution Act as a key support to the senior operations function across the business

About You Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented Strong experience in project delivery, operational improvement, or compliance Background within BTR, PBSA, residential, or a similar operational environment Commercially aware, with the ability to interpret and act on performance data Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
