Role Objectives As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations across ConnexAI. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will collaborate with multiple departments, support client and staff interactions, and help drive efficiency across operational processes.

Core Responsibilities & Duties Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client and staff interactions Coordinate daily travel and scheduling requirements efficiently Communicate cross-functionally to ensure deadlines and operational targets are met Work closely with the Onboarding and Account Management teams to support client delivery Manage and update real-time spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity Utilise project management tools (e.g. Trello) to track tasks and maintain workflow visibility Identify trends, highlight inefficiencies, and suggest process improvements Support internal teams and customers with ad hoc operational requests Ensure operational tasks are completed from initiation through to completion Maintain and follow operational processes while contributing to ongoing innovation
Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in an operations, administration, or analyst role (preferred) Strong administrative and organisational skills Proficiency in Excel and managing data within spreadsheets Good understanding of reporting and data tracking Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise effectively Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams High attention to detail, with the ability to provide clear and informative updates Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously High level of personal accountability and ownership of tasks Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset A positive attitude and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on efficiency and quality
