We’re partnering with a leading financial institution embarking on a greenfield Orchestrade implementation, and they’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep precious metals expertise to play a pivotal role in this transformation.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a front-to-back trading platform from the ground up, working at the intersection of business, technology, and trading.
The Role As a Senior Orchestrade Business Analyst, you will: Lead requirements gathering across Front Office, Risk, Operations, and IT Drive the design and implementation of Orchestrade for precious metals trading Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and developers Support configuration, testing, and deployment phases Act as a subject matter expert across the trade lifecycle
Key Requirements Strong experience with Orchestrade (essential) Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst in capital markets Deep knowledge of precious metals trading Experience with greenfield implementations or major system transformations Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, risk, and P&L Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
