Our client is a leading Real Estate Finance lender focusing on both Investment and Development transactions from £2million to £40million.

Through continued growth they are now looking to hire a Director within the origination team focusing on Investment transactions.

The business has a track record of focusing on Residential Portfolio's, PBSA and Commercial assets.

You will be responsible for originating new transactions with the support of an analyst, deal execution and portfolio manager.

There is a clear bath to progression and remuneration is rewarded on what you personally deliver.
