We Offer

Hourly wage of £13.00 per hour, with career progression in place (Please note you will be paid a higher rate of pay for any unsociable hours –

£14 from 8pm until midnight

£15 from midnight until 2am)\

Responsibilities

As a Key Team Member, You Will

Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments Engage with businesses across the American market Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all calls Report to your Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner

Working Hours & Location

Full-time role, Monday to Friday Working hours Fully Flexible between 1pm – 2am, aligned with US time zones. 37.5 - 40 hours per week
