Role Purpose

The Outbound Sales Agent plays a key role in converting warm leads into booked consultations and treatments, acting as a trusted advisor for patients throughout their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with inbound patient leads via phone and digital channels Build rapport and clearly communicate treatment options Address patient inquiries and guide decision-making processes Schedule consultations and ensure consistent follow-ups Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Achieve individual and team conversion targets

Requirements: Skills & Competencies

Education

Not mandatory; relevant training in sales, customer service, or healthcare is valued

Experience

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination roles

Knowledge & Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required) Confident phone presence and active listening skills CRM management experience Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
