About the Role
This role will sit within the Competitions team as the dedicated point of contact for all padel competition activity, working closely with delivery partners and stakeholders. It will oversee the planning, development and support of padel competitions, including provisioning and sanctioning and identifying new and innovative opportunities, (especially at the recreational end of the competitive structure), and support padel competition work across ratings and rankings.
We’re running this as a single, coordinated campaign with all adverts closing on Sunday 7th June at 11:59pm. Due to the grass court season and teams focussing on deliverables at our tournaments, interviews dates and times will be communicated to those shortlisted, however each role will be expected to have a two-stage process.
Our Support to You When applying for our roles, you will be asked as part of our application process if you require any adjustments or support during the recruitment process. Adjustments could include extra time for assessments, interview questions in advance, alternative formats for materials or wheelchair access. Any information you provide will be treated in confidence and only used to make sure you have the best possible experience with us.
If you have any specific questions regarding your application or if anything’s unclear at all, please contact our recruitment team by emailing recruitment@lta.org.uk
