You will take ownership of paid social strategy and execution, collaborating closely with creative and performance teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. There is clear scope to develop strategic capability, influence client outcomes, and progress within a growing performance function.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with client goals and commercial objectives Build, launch and manage campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest Monitor performance and implement ongoing optimisation to improve key metrics such as ROAS and CPA Collaborate with creative teams to produce and refine high-performing ad assets Manage budgets, bidding strategies and campaign structures to maximise efficiency and scalability
Essential Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience working with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands Proven ability to optimise campaigns and drive performance improvements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
