Role: Corporate Paralegal Business: Hedge Fund Start Date: August 2026 Location: London Work Pattern: 5 days per week with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office
We are looking to speak with experienced corporate paralegals or future trainees who would be interested in an in-house role starting in August. The successful candidate will join the legal team of a hedge fund scale up. The role will run for 6 months initially however could be extended for up to 12 months+.
The role will involve supporting with a wide range of legal areas as listed below.
Corporate legal work Support with commercial contract workstream - reviewing, drafting, amending Company secretarial tasks General legal admin support Employment legal work
