About The Role:

Working Shift Pattern: 4 out of 7 days, 08:00 - 18:00 or 11:00 - 21:00 or 12:00 - 22:00

To carry out all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within the Park to the highest possible quality levels ensuring the agreed standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure consistent delivery of high quality maintenance. Work to maintenance plans to ensure high standards of product availability, operational presentation and customer satisfaction. Provide support and information to all maintenance teams and other departments. Considers other departments requirements and provides guidance and support as appropriate. Ensure the maintenance team work within all relevant legislation, guidelines and code of practice and that all procedures are adhered to. Worksheets are completed detailing exact nature of work carried out. Carries out fault diagnosis on all equipment as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2 The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18 th Edition) Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.

Desirable Qualifications:

An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
