Part-time (0.5) - Learning Content Coordinator (Remote) The Learning Content Coordinator is responsible for drafting the written content that guides learners through their automated learning journey, and for ensuring our wider course materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned to the relevant standard. The role also provides marking and feedback on completed learner work, and offers occasional cover across the wider business. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities Curriculum Quality and Consistency Review course materials — including slides, schemes of work, and lesson plans — to ensure they are accurate, current, and aligned to the relevant standard Update content so all materials remain consistent with one another and with the lesson plan Identify gaps, discrepancies, or outdated information and amend or escalate as appropriate Automated Learner Journey Content Review and refresh existing journey content as courses evolve, so messaging remains accurate, current, and aligned to the relevant standard Plan and write course content overview (one-pagers), which map to each stage of the course, ensuring tone, terminology, and information are consistent throughout the journey Collaborate with subject-matter colleagues to translate course content and learner milestones into clear written copy Draft clear, engaging, on-brand written content for an automated learner journey, including learner-facing and employer-facing emails, in-platform prompts, milestone messages, and notifications Marking and Feedback (in time, once the standard and content is well understood) Mark completed learner submissions against the relevant standard, once that standard is fully understood Provide clear, constructive, standard-aligned feedback that supports learner progression Wider Business Support Provide cover for inbox management and PA duties for 4–5 weeks per year, ensuring continuity during leave or busy periods Support colleagues across the business with related administrative tasks as required

Person Specification Excellent written English, with the ability to draft clear, friendly, accurate copy at scale and adapt tone for different audiences (learners and employers) A strong eye for consistency across documents and content sets, and a careful, methodical approach to detail Experience writing for digital products, automated journeys, learning platforms, or similar (desirable) Experience in a training, apprenticeship, FE, or L&D environment (desirable) Familiarity with apprenticeship standards, awarding bodies, or quality processes (desirable) AET, CAVA, or equivalent assessor qualification (desirable but not essential – don’t let this put you off applying); supports the upper pay band.) Confident working independently in a fully remote setup You'll be a great fit if you · Write clearly, warmly, and accurately, and can hold a consistent tone across large numbers of pieces of content · Notice the small inconsistencies others miss, and care about getting things right · Have experience in a training, apprenticeship, FE, or L&D setting (or have written for digital products and automated journeys elsewhere) · Are comfortable working independently and managing your own time in a fully remote role

What we offer £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience (0.5 FTE role pro rata) ; 28 days of leave plus bank holidays, 3% pension contributions We are also open to outside of IR35 freelance workers – please let me know your day/hourly rates Fully remote working – We also have a shared working space at the Bristol and Bath Science Park if you would like to come into the office/get a change of scenery.
