About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of content creation, design, and relationship management, and is keen to develop their skills across multiple areas of marketing.

You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns, support franchise locations, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where appropriate Track performance and suggest improvements

Content Creation

Write engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and messaging

Design & Creative

Design marketing materials including leaflets, posters, social graphics, and digital assets Support the creation of branded resources for franchisees Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

Franchisee Support & Relationship Management

Act as a key point of contact for franchisees regarding marketing support Assist franchisees with local marketing activity and campaigns Build strong working relationships and provide ongoing guidance

General Marketing Support

Assist with website updates and content changes Support campaign planning and reporting Help organise marketing materials and resources

Essential

Skills & Experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) Good understanding of social media platforms Organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Previous marketing or content experience

Desirable

Experience working with franchises or multiple stakeholders Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management
