C&C Search is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Team Support professional to provide dedicated, high-level support to a Director and the wider team. This Personal Assistant & Team Support role is central to ensuring effective diary management, clear prioritization of tasks, and smooth day-to-day operations

Key responsibilities for this position: Manage the Director’s diary, inbox, meetings, and priorities Prepare the Director for meetings and follow up with stakeholders Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and notes Track actions and deadlines to ensure timely delivery Draft, proofread, and format documents and communications Support events, workshops, and general team administration Maintain CRM records and liaise with suppliers as needed Log expenses accurately and maintain organised financial records

What background and experience are the company looking for?

Essential Previous experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant & Team Support role Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills High attention to detail with a professional and discreet approach Confidence managing multiple priorities independently Experience using diary, email, and document management tools Desirable Experience with expense tracking or basic financial administration Experience using a CRM system
