The Role

We are looking for People Advisor to join our People and Change team. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll deliver expert guidance on employee relations, coach stakeholders at all levels, and support impactful change. You’ll bring strong ER and change management experience.

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), and confidence managing casework. If you’re a proactive, relationship-focused self-starter ready to make an immediate impact, this is your chance to thrive in a creative, purpose-driven environment.
