Overview

As the People Experience & Communications Specialist, you’ll support people experience, engagement and communications activity across AS Watson Europe. You’ll create clear, engaging content and storytelling across internal and external channels, bringing our culture and colleague experience to life.

This is a hands on, delivery focused role, working closely with teams across multiple European markets to support our O+O strategy, so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering internal communications and maintaining communications plans. Creating and publishing engaging content across internal platforms, including designing creative assets such as posts, presentations, visuals, and campaign materials. Delivering people experience and engagement initiatives, including O+O (online + offline) events, get togethers and campaigns. Collaborating with teams and markets to gather updates, stories, and colleague experiences. Supporting the “Remarkable Stories” programme through storytelling and content creation, as well as delivering external social content that showcases our culture. Using feedback and engagement insights to continuously improve how we communicate and connect.

Enjoy designing clear, engaging content for different audiences. Have a natural interest in communications, social media and creative storytelling. Take pride in delivering projects from idea through to execution, with strong attention to detail. Are highly organised and structured, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Are curious, creative and full of fresh ideas, especially around trends, creative communications, and new ways to connect with colleagues. Feel confident communicating with colleagues at all levels and working cross functionally. Enjoy shaping engagement and helping bring people focused initiatives to life.

What You’ll Need

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva (essential), plus working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Around 2+ years’ experience in communications, engagement, people, marketing or a similar fast paced environment. Experience presenting to groups and supporting or hosting internal events, both online and in person. Confidence creating and adapting content for different audiences and channels, with strong attention to tone, clarity and consistency. Experience or interest in using AI tools and engagement insights to shape content, measure impact, and continuously improve how we communicate.
