Pharmacy Technician

Here at Curaleaf, we're looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our clinic. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll support patients from initial enquiry through to prescribing, helping ensure safe and effective use of medical cannabis treatment.

What you'll be doing:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in supporting both patients and clinicians to ensure the highest standards of care. Your main responsibilities will include:

Prioritising workload to ensure timely responses to patient queries

Providing medicines-related information and supporting patient queries in line with clinical guidance

Supporting the repeat prescription process and resolving discrepancies where required

Assisting with development and maintenance of systems, including SOPs and IT workflows

Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting audits

Contributing to MDT meetings and multidisciplinary patient care

Supporting patient feedback and service improvement initiatives

About you:

We're looking for an approachable, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You will be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and hold a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent).

In addition, you will bring:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

A proactive, problem-solving approach to your work

Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

A flexible, innovative mindset with a willingness to adapt

Motivation to continue developing your knowledge, skills, and best practice
