Physics Masters — AI Data Trainer

About The Role

We're looking for physics graduates and postgraduates to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep understanding of physical principles will directly shape how the next generation of AI reasons through complex scientific problems — making a real impact on the frontier of AI research.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside top AI research labs. No prior AI experience needed — just strong physics knowledge and clear analytical thinking.

What You'll Do

Design challenging, high-quality physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more Develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear physical reasoning Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of understanding Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics topics Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI reasoning quality

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field Strong command of advanced physics concepts and problem-solving across multiple domains Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning quality Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or academic tutoring Familiarity with AI language models or benchmark design Background spanning multiple subfields of physics
